If you are a sole trader, freelance or a microbusiness, or thinking about setting up on your own, our Business Development Coach can provide advice and information to help improve the performance of your business.

We currently have BDP (Business Development Planning) sessions available that last at least one hour, up to two hours, which cost £10 payable in advance.

We also run a series of seminars on business skills, specifically aimed at the business needs of arts practitioners.

CREATIVE SKILLS PENZANCE OFFICE

Olivia Khadka who has been the Creative Skills Penwith Creative Industries Business adviser since 2007 will be leaving us in August, to start a new job with Unlocking Cornish Potential.

Changes to our funding mean that the Creative Skills Penzance office will close with effect from 10th August. From that date all Creative Skills enquiries will be dealt with by the team at the Redruth office on 01209 218879.

However, one to one Professional Development Sessions for practitioners and creative businesses based in the west of Cornwall will still be available in Penzance. As always, we will continue to deliver our programme across the whole of Cornwall. Please contact the Creative Skills Redruth office for details.

We all wish Olivia every success for the future.
