![]() FILMDesign Competition For The Media Innovation Awards Trophy We are launching a competition for students to design and produce the 2009 Media Innovation Awards Trophy. The winner will receive 500 pounds to cover the cost of design time and production. This competition is open to all students in full time education across the South West and entries should be sent by email. The emphasis of the awards is on innovation and the trophy should look innovative and contemporary. The winning design will be announced at the end of December 2008 and the award must be produced and delivered to Plymouth Media-Partnership by the end of February 2009. _________________________________________________________________ Funding to Promote European Audio Visual Works Deadline: 21st November 2008 Website: http://ec.europa.eu/information_society/media/promo/markt/forms/index_en.htm The European Commission has issued a call for proposals under it Media Programme. MEDIA is the EU support programme for the European audiovisual industry. MEDIA co-finances training initiatives for audiovisual industry professionals, the development of production projects (feature films, television drama, documentaries, animation and new media), as well as the promotion of European audiovisual works. people with a learning disability. We are now looking for short films,
especially films under 5 minutes, that we can show are Oska Bright 2009. The
films must have people with a learning disability in control of making them.
