He has also been dubbed the ‘master thief’ by the Inspired Leaders Network, due to his record of stealing ideas from one environment to use in another. He is now running skills exchange events and helping organisations in their quest for innovation. Hamish’s mantra is ‘if you want a breakthrough, look outside your current environment’ which epitomises IMIX thinking.
