Please read the following guidelines and then we will guide you through the registration form and payment. Open Studios will be taking place between 2nd and 10th June 2012.
If you are already an Outhere Member, please log in as normal using the Members Login located at the very top right hand side of the Website. Then go to my profile page (select My profile from the Members menu ) and select the Subscription tab. You can register for Open Studios by updating your subscription where you will be able to pay and then update your profile with Open Studio information.
For those who are not already members of Outhere please note, You will need to register for Outhere Membership first. This will cost you £10 for a year and you can add it to your Open Studios payment via paypal.
Once you have an Outhere Membership and Open Studios profile you log in by selecting the Members Login located at the very top right hand of the Website, Select the Open Studios tab and update your information. You will need to have all the information which we require for your Open Studios registration ready to upload. The information we require for registration is below:
- Name
- Postcode of your Studio/Venue
- Artform
- Studio/Venue Address
- Telephone address (if applicable)
- Email Address
- Website Address (if applicable)
- Description of your work (this is limited to 325 characters)
- Directions to your venue (this is limited to 250 characters)
- Opening Times
- Image – a print quality image to upload to the website
- Image Title/Medium
- Accessibility of your Venue
Once you have completed your registration form and gone through the paypal facility your registration will be submitted to us for approval. Once this has been done your entry will be live on the Creative Skills website. However, you will be able to go in amend and change your entry any time up until the registration deadline of 31st January 2012.
Costs
Outhere Membership - £10 gives you a profile for a whole year
individuals - £100
Individuals in a group - £85
Students - £50
Students in a group - £40
* Students will need to send in evidence of their status before we can activate their Open Studios' profile.
It is your responsibility to check your entry for grammatical errors as we will not be providing a paper proof this year as in previous years.
We will capture all the information which has been uploaded to the website after 5pm on 31st January 2012, which will then be supplied to the designers to layout in the catalogue.
Therefore it is important that you thoroughly check your entry online once it has been approved, you will receive an email telling you once this has happened. We will be sending out reminder emails to you during January advising you of the cut-off date.
